We can also develop and manifacture medical devices and assemblies custom made especially for you. The whole process from the first design towards the final production is done within our company in Hannover, Germany. All parts will be made with precision with our modern CNC machines, and a large assembly department is responsible for creating the final product out of the single components, and testing them according to the regulations for medical devices. Purchased parts are bought from certified or auditioned suppliers. Every process is followed according to quality norm DIN EN ISO 13485.
Since these steps are all taken care of within our company, and "under one roof", we are always able to react fast and flexible to any given situation.
Small manifacturing parts are possible in single part series as of 1 unit. The production is done according to quality norm DIN EN ISO 13485 for medical devices, which is much more strict and demanding then the industry standard DIN EN ISO 9001.
