Technique & Quality

The main difference

The equipment consists basically of a micro-motor handpiece and it's control unit. The motors operate at speeds ranging from 12.000 to 50.000 rpm, and there is a wide selection of suction, spray, dry and mobile units, as well as a sortiment of supplies. Foot care equipment is not always the same though. Technical advantages provide a large use to the customer. This process begins during the construction, continues in execution and ends with the customer service. In that relation, we would like to present some of our product advantages. After your selected distributor demonstrates such procedures to you, you can gladly compare us with the competition, and will find that we offer high quality at a reasonable price.

Quick Chuck Device

The main advantage of our products is the patented super fast tool-exchange. Trademark of our hand pieces is the "knob" most of our hand pieces have. This "knob" is a great, time saving device, that enables tool changes without long delays, and also gives the handpieces their unique look.

With the Quick Chuck Device the grinding tools and burs are clamped securely and without aid (e.g. tongs). (True running accuracy < 0,02 mm). We guarantee this also at great milling strengths, and it is even possible for instruments with the smallest milling heads.

Suction Technique

The suction capacity is concentrated directly at the milling area of hadewe hand pieces with point suction units. The integrated suction channel makes a compact style possible and ensures that milling dusts are reliably removed. The round suction on the other hand is surrounded by suction streams from all sides equally. These kind of handpieces are usually bigger, although they don't have a single side tube, which is favored by some. It is a question of preferrence in the end, but hadewe has decided to mainly produce hand pieces with point suction, since tests have proven them to be more effective in dust removal.

Spray Technique

In recent times the spray technique has gained more and more popularity due to the pleasant feeling the cool water provides the patient during the operation. Although suction technique is still considered a cleaner solution by some, the increased use of spray units defines the market.

With many such units a fine, atomising spray technique is only possible, if the surface tension of the spray liquid is reduced by means of alcohol. Devices with spray technique made by hadewe ensure an even finer atomising spray technique by the complex nozzle construction, and work with just destilled water, or our own spray fluid AquaHy, which does not contain an alcohol additive.

Quality

There is also a thorough in house control, not only for the finished units before they leave the company, but also for the single components all the way through the production process.

Since 1998 our micro-motor handpieces and control units have also been supported by a quality mangement system complying with DIN EN ISO 13485 and Annex II of the Council Directive 93/42/EEC. Many of the units are therefore Class 2A Medical Devices, and fulfill the high quality standards for that.
