This kit features even more advanced overheat protection for the control unit and handpiece, as well as an automatic overload protection system. This system is controlled by a microprocessor, which in addition has a separate fuse to protect the control unit.
The compact grey plastic housing has rounded, streamlined shapes and a light weight of 1.8 kg. On the front it features a speed control, reverse toggle switch, micromotor connector and on/off button. On the back is a fuse socket, foot pedal connector and a hand/pedal toggle switch.
The newly redesigned and even more hand-friendly Strong H450 handpiece, in a durable grey rubberised polycarbonate body, is just 158 mm long and has a front diameter of 19 mm. And thanks to the latest bearings, it can reach speeds of up to 45000 rpm, with a torque of 5 N*cm, which is more than enough to perform any procedure, including pedicures, even all day long.
Also in the handpiece used a convenient collet lock type "Twist-Lock" (turn to the left - open collet position, turn to the right - collet clamping), which is suitable for nail drill bits and accessories with a shank diameter of 2.35 mm. This lock allows you to change bits in just 1 sec.
A little more to understand the advantages: when you press the nail drill bit against the surface to be machined harder than you should, the motor speed should in theory slow down. However, in the case of the Strong 207S, the microprocessor, receiving data on the increase in resistance, adds current in tenths of a second, and the speed and torque stabilise. And even if, after 2-3 hours of continuous pedicure, the microprocessor thinks the handpiece is getting hot, it simply switches off the power and lets it rest for 10 minutes, after which it is ready to use again.
